Dead puppy on Leash on Hwy 4

   July 18, 2015 at 9:25 AM:  A dead puppy on a leash has been reported on Hwy 4 at Appaloosa, just went of Angels Camp.

   If you lost your puppy, you should check. Caltrans has been called to remove the poor thing.
