Rock truck blocking Hwy 4

   July 18, 2015 at 5:05 PM:  A rock truck is reportedly stuck on Hwy 4 between Angels Camp and Copperopolis and traffic is backing up.

   CHP is en route to the area. Be extra cautious if heading that way.
