Man blocking traffic on New York Ranch Road

   August 19, 2015 at 12:55 PM:  It has been reported that a man is in the roadway at New York Ranch Road and Ridge Road, near the Jackson Rancheria.

   CHP is en route to the location. Be extra careful if headed that way.
