Motrcycle or ATV crash at Spicer Reservoir

   August 22, 2015 at 1:35 PM:  A traffic collision has been reported involving a motorcycle or ATV off Hwy 4 and Spicer Reservoir.

   CHP and an ambulance are en route to the scene. Be extra cautious if in the area.
