Two Chihuahuas on Hwy 99

   August 22, 2015 at 3 PM:  Two Chihuahuas are reportedly running in the lanes at Hwy 99 and Jack Tone Road in Ceres.

   CHP is en route. Be extra cautious if in that area. Cars are swerving to miss the dogs.
