CHP reports 'jumper' off Hwy 4 (xtown freeway)

   October 21, 2015 at 11:45 AM:  A man reportedly has jumped off of Hwy 4 (xtown freeway) and Filbert Street in Stockton.

   CHP and other emergency personnel are responding to the scene.
