Major injury collision in Vallecito--Mini ends up IN TREE! One dies!!

   Three 16 year old boys!

According to CHP on October 17, 2015 around 11:55 PM Austin Williford (16) of Murphys was driving a 2007 Mini eastbound on Hwy 4 east of Vallecito Bypass Road at a high rate of speed with two passengers.

For an unknown reason Williford unsafely turned from a direct ourse of travel to the left, and the Mini spun out of control in an easterly direction.

The Mini travelled across the opposing lane and off the north side of the roadway, then striking multiple trees at multiple angles.

Williford sustained major injuries and was transported to Memorial Hospital in Modesto for treatment.

Passenger Anthony Fleck (16) of Angels Camp also sustained major injuries and was transported to Mark Twain Hospital for treatment.

The third passenger Gabriel Goszulak (16) of Arnold also sustained major injuries and was transported to Mark Twain Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

At 11 AM today, October 19, 2015 Gabrial Goszulak passed away as a result of his injuries.

It is not believed that alcohol or drugs were involved in this collision.

  7. So let's see if Austin is charged with anything at all.

    Possible charges include the following:

    Stealing his parent's car
    Driving without a license
    Excessive speeding
    Having passengers in the car
    Involuntary manslaughter
And who knows what else I might be missing!!

    1. I believe he had already passed away prior to his arrival at the Mark Twain hosputal. Then he was transferred to the hospital to the Modesto hospital in order to donate his organs.

  10. Must be a really nice family to donate organs. Such a horrible thing to happen to a 16 year old and the family.
