Couple runs after crashing car in Delhi

   November 1, 2015 at 2:15 PM:  A car ran off Hwy 99 near Collier Road in Delhi and went about 60' down the embankment.

   It was reported that a couple got out of the vehicle and ran away.  CHP is en route to the scene.
