The Phoenix Police Department has just released a lengthy recorded phone conversation between Kevin Johnson and a teenage girl supposedly about some type of encounter that the girl considered sexual.
Now we know why he did not want to run for re-election. He must have known this was going to come out. Go listen to it if you get a chance.
Yes, she had the upper hand on this - he would never have not run otherwise. Sounds as though his wife is unamused with this being in the spotlight.
