Chaining up hazard in Arnold

   December 24, 2015 at 11:55 AM:  CHP is en route to Hwy 4 near the Arnold Bypass where several vehicles are attempting to put chains on while still on the roadway.

    Be extra cautious anywhere in snow country, especially if chains are required.
