CHP: Same vehicle stuck for 2nd time today

   December 24, 2015 at 12:45 PM:  CHP received another call from the same vehicle they had just towed out of the snow earlier on Hwy 88 at Peddlar Hill.

   Apparently their chains are not the correct size or installed incorrectly.
