Ladder on Hwy 99

    UPDATE at 1 PM:  CHP has cleared the roadway.

   December 18, 2015 at 12:45 PM:  CHP Is en route to the report of a ladder in the fast lane on Hwy 99 near Hwy 26 in Stockton.

   Be extra cautious if in that area.
