Motorcycle down in Lodi

   December 26, 2015 at 2:45 PM:  A motorcycle is down on Hwy 99 and Hwy 12 in Lodi, after colliding with anther vehicle.

  Emergency personnel are en route to the scene. Use extra caution if in the area, as lanes are blocked.
