Power lines down on Hwy 49

   December 8, 2015 at 1:15 PM:  Power lines have been reported down on Hwy 49 and Parrotts Ferry Road in Columbia.

   CHP is en route to the scene. Use extra caution if in that area. P G & E has been notified.
