Do people illegally shoot guns in your Calaveras County neighborhood?

   In Calaveras County, no one is allowed to shoot a gun within 150 yards of anyone's property, we've been told. No one would violate this unless they intended to terrorize!

General Plan Update on Calaveras Agenda

   The Calaveras County General Plan Update has for over 10 years and continues to be a legitimate source of controversy.  A "vision statement" is on the December 8, 2015 Supervisors agenda this time.

Injury collision at Camanche

   December 7, 2015 at 9:35 AM;  A collision has been reported at Buena Vista Road and Camanche Parkway on the Amador County side.

   An ambulance and other emergency crews are at the scene due to injuries. Use caution if in the area.

Calaveras Supervisor Oliveira approves liens on properties

   At the December 8, 2015 Calaveras Supervisors meeting three properties in District 3 are agendized for fines, liens, etc. by Supervisor Oliveira.

   The Emory property on Nickerson in Murphys, the Mandell's on Valley View in Arnold and the Ashlocks on Venado in Arnold are all agendized to be fined, have liens placed, etc. by Supervisor Oliveira.
