Car stuck in mud at Hogan

   January 20, 2016 at 4 PM:  CHP and a tow truck are working to retrieve a car that is stuck in the mud over 100' off Hogan Dam Road near Whiskey Creek in the Hogan Dam area.

    Be extra careful if in the area.
