Car upside down in ditch off Hwy 99

   January 11, 2016 at 8:05 AM:  A car has overturned and is now upside down in the ditch off Hwy 99 at Morada Lane in Stockton.

   Other vehicles have apparently stopped to assist, so be extra careful if headed that way.
