Collision on Hwy 99

   January 25, 2016 at 8:15 AM:  A collision was reported on Hwy 99 at the Hwy 4 Crosstown Freeway in Stockton.

   Be cautious in that area. No injuries were reported, but tow trucks may be loading vehicles.
