Traffic collision on Hwy 88

   January 20, 2016 at 6:30 AM:  A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 88 at Newby Road between Stockton and Waterloo.

   Minor injuries are indicated. A tow truck is en route to pull one vehicle out of a ditch.
