Person yelling on Hwy 49

   February 5, 2016 at 8:20 AM:  CHP has received a report that someone is standing on Hwy 49 in front of the Black Bart Inn in San Andreas, yelling at cars.

   CHP is en route to the scene. Use caution until they can clear the roadway.
