Car into bank in Ebbetts Pass

      March 6, 2016 at 7 PM:  A car reportedly ran off Hwy 4 near Cottage Springs and hit the embankment.

   CHP is en route to the scene. It isn't yet known if there are injuries. Be careful if headed that way.
