Collision on Hwy 99 at Arch Road

   March 18, 2016 at 7:10 AM:  A car reportedly hit the wall and bounced off at Hwy 99 and Arch Road in Stockton.

   Be cautious as debris, including a tire are in the lanes. An ambulance and CHP are en route to the scene.
