Cow laying on roadway in Coulterville

   March 15, 2016 at 10:20 AM:  A cow has been reported laying on Penon Blanco Road near Granite Springs Road in Coulterville.

   Person reporting wants someone to check if it has been injured by a car.  CHP is en route to the scene.
