Man jumping into traffic in Lodi

   March 4, 2016 at 11:25 AM:  A caller reported to CHP that a man is jumping in front of traffic at Jack Tone Road and Live Oak Road in the Lodi area.

   CHP is en route to the scene. Be extra cautious if in that area.
