Mother dog and two pups in Oakdale

   March 7, 2016 at 3 PM:  A black mother dog and two puppies appear to have been abandoned out in the cold and rain on Oakdale Waterford Road and Rice Road in Oakdale.

   Animal control has been notified. CHP is en route. Be careful if in the area.
