Mud, dirt, rocks on Hwy 12

  March 7, 2016 at 7:55 AM: Mud, dirt and rocks have washed onto Hwy 12 between Toyon and Central Hill Road, outside San Andreas.

   Caltrans has a lot of messes to clean up, so be careful until they get a chance to reach that one.
