Big rig fire in Atwater

   April 16, 2016 at 1:40 PM:  A big rig was reported on fire on northbound Hwy 99 at Atwater Boulevard in Atwater.

   Fire personnel put the fire out, which appeared to be in the area of a tire. Be cautious if in that area.
