Car flips over on Hwy 99

   April 23, 2016 at 5 PM:  A car reportedly hit the rail and flipped over on Hwy 99 at the Hwy 120 exit in Manteca.

   An ambulance and other emergency vehicles are responding. Use extra caution if headed that way.
