Collision on Hwy 99 - Do they have enough CHP today???

   April 16, 2016 at 2:15 PM:  A traffic collision was just reported on southbound Hwy 99 at the Hwy 4 connector in Stockton.

   The fast lane is blocked by two vehicles, one which apparently hit the center divide. CHP is en route to the scene.
