Drowning victim near Candy Rock on Stanislaus River

Sadly, there was a drowning victim on the Stanislaus River recently, whom almost everyone knew as a bright, wonderful young man.
Robbie Mast, who grew up in Calaveras County, and was widely recognized for his ability in acting, along with his academic achievement, was lost near the Candy Rock
swimming hole many love.
Was in a play with him when we were kids, the little mermaid. he played the king. nice guy. so sad
