Oliveira after hardware store owner who is a pot grower? Marijuana Ordinance on May 10, 2016 agenda

The Tea Party Supervisors in
Calaveras County. "We'll get those pot
growers, especially the one who
owns a hardware store. We know
he hides it in warehouses."
  The so-called urgency ordinance that three Calaveras Supervisors state is so necessary to the well-being of the Tea Party will be heard on the May 10, 2016 agenda.

   The item is scheduled for 1:30 PM.  Hopefully, there will be a big crowd. We know the Tea Party darlings will be present.

   The owner of the Ace Hardware has admitted that he is a proponent of cultivation of marijuana, especially his. How can Oliveira stop him? Will he?

    But isn't the Ace owner a proponent of the new pot initiative they are trying to get on the ballot?

    I saw him and Dr. Orman and Merita Callaway as proponents for the initiative. now it needs signatures.
