Traffic hazard on Hwy 4

   May 16, 2016 at 6:25 AM:  Some type of traffic hazard has been reported on Hwy 4 near Stallion Drive below Angels Camp.

   What the hazard is has not been made clear by CHP, so be extra careful if headed in that direction.
