Warning on Hwy 4: Car blocking road at Forest Meadows

   May 28, 2016 at 11:55 AM:  A car is reportedly broken down and blocking the roadway on Hwy 4 in front of Forest Meadows.

  CHP is en route, but be extra cautious if in that area.
