German Shepherd hit on Hwy 99

   June 13, 2016 at 8:10 AM:  A German Shepherd that was reported walking on the Hammett Road onramp to Hwy 99 in Modesto was hit by a car less than 5 minutes later.

  CHP and animal control are responding.  Be extra cautious if in that area.
