Hwy 4 shut down for Arson and weapons

   On Friday June 3, 2016 Stockton Police shut down part of Hwy 4 after a man wielding a sledge hammer and other weapons started a fire.

   The man was finally captured and taken to the county hospital by Stockton Police. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire.
