Ladder in fast lane on Hwy 99--flat tires

   June 4, 2016 at 7:25 AM:  CHP is at southbound Hwy 99 and Hwy 26 where four vehicles have flat tires.

   There is a ladder in the fast lane at that location.  Be cautious if you are in that area.
