Trash dumping leads to hit and run collision

   June 19, 2016 at 2:10 PM:  When a person confronted someone who was dumping trash on their property on Tuolumne Road in Tuolumne, the driver hit their car and fled the scene.

   CHP is en route. No injuries are indicated.
