Two dogs hit by car on Hwy 12

   June 13, 2016 at 10 AM:  Two dogs have reportedly been hit by a car that did not stop on Hwy 12 near Rising Sun Nursery in Burson.

   CHP is en route to the scene. Be extra cautious if headed in that direction.
