CHP at Valley Springs collision

   July 20, 2016 at 5:15 PM:  CHP is just in the clearing stage of a collision at Hwy 12 and Hwy 26 in Valley Springs.

  No injuries have been indicated, but both vehicles need a tow. Avoid the area until cleared.
