Hazard on Hwy 49

   July 23, 2016 at 4:20 PM:  A car was trying to pull another car with a rope on Hwy 49 near Jackass Hill and is now blocking the roadway.

   A tow truck is responding to the scene. Be extra cautious if headed that way.
