Traffic collision in Burson

  July 9, 2016 at 6 AM:  A passerby reported to CHP that a man appeared to be asleep in a vehicle with traffic collision damage on Hwy 12 near Toreno Way in the Burson area around 4:35 AM.

   An ambulance and tow truck were dispatched to the scene.
