Traffic collision in Lodi

   July 17, 2016 at 7 PM:  A traffic collision has been reported at Hwy 99 and Kettleman Lane in Lodi.

  One vehicle is overturned onto its side in a field. One vehicle is blocking the roadway. An ambulance is responding to the scene.
