Fatal collision on Hwy 4 in Stockton

   August 22, 2016 at 4:30 PM:  A fatal collision has CHP cleaning up eastbound Hwy 4 on the Xtown freeway.

   Multiple vehicles were involved, and the backup is beyond I-5.  Avoid the area if possible.
