Retardant and two copters trying to hold Willow Fire

UPDATE at 4 PM:  The Willow Fire is now 400 acres.

 The Willow Fire has two helicopters and a plane dumping retardant and are trying to hold this fire.

  Please stay out of the fire area, as evacuations are taking place and fire equipment is on the road.
