Manteca woman wins $785,000 in Powerball

   Denice Harvey checked her scratcher  lottery tickets the other day and was excited when she though she won $785.

   Turned out, it was $785,000 in the Powerball lottery.  She said she couldn't even win a bar of soap at a baby shower.
