Why did "Spirit of Sacramento" sink???

   Many questions have come up after the mysterious capsizing and sinking of the "Spririt of Sacramento" paddlewheeler last week.

   Now we hear that the boat was just sold in July by the San Mateo Harbor District for $1000.
