Cow out on Hwy 26

   October 1, 2016 at 12:55 PM:  A cow has been reported on Hwy 26 near Lower Dorray Road in Mokelumne Hill.

   A CHP unit is responding. Be extra cautious until they can clear the highway. And please don't tell the TROLL!!
