Overturned car in Manteca

   October 18, 2016 at 10:25 AM:  A small black car has reportedly left Hwy 99 at Hwy 120 in Manteca and overturned.

   Three CHP and an ambulance are en route to the scene. Watch for emergency vehicles in the area.
