Another collision on Hwy 99

   UPDATE:   This is apparently a hit and run collision.

   November 15, 2016 at 9 AM:  A 2nd collision has been reported on northbound Hwy 99 near Hwy 120 in Manteca.

   CHP is en route to the scene. Avoid this area if possible.
