Cow and calf on Hwy 108 in Oakdale

   November 21, 2016 at 10:05 AM:  A cow and calf are reportedly on Hwy 108 near Kennedy Road in Oakdale.

  CHP is en route to the scene. Be extra careful until they can be removed from the roadway.
